I am currently accepting private students in the Austin, Pflugerville, and Round Rock area. As a private piano instructor with over ten years of teaching experience and a doctorate in music from UT Austin, I guide students through lessons focusing on clean technique and musical expression. These lessons are available to all skill levels from beginning to advanced, with the additional possibility of performance evaluations and competitions. Whether you are a hobbyist or an aspiring professional musician, I will provide foundational knowledge about musical style, theory, and performance practice, tailored to your specific tastes and goals.

In addition to piano, I offer theory and/or composition instruction. My composition students have been selected in three consecutive years by the Austin Symphony Young Composer's competition, and several have gone on to attend renowned festivals and universities.
